Slow Flow

For many, Sunday afternoon is the boundary between one week and the next. This class is a chance to breathe, move and stretch out, letting go a little to make space for what comes next. Movements will be slow, but connected with subtle, flowing sequences, and opportunities will be given to deepen or extend if your body feels able. Moving slowly with the breath in the first half of the class helps connect to a longer, deeper rhythm that can allow parts of the body to more easily open and relax in the latter, longer held postures of the practice.
