Sunrise Flow
Following from Sunday's Slow Flow, integrating the week that was, Monday morning's Sunrise class wakes us up for the week to come. Beginning in stillness on the ground, we slowly begin to shift our breath, then bring our body into alignment through flowing sequences, building strength and finding balance before returning to rest down in final preparation for the days ahead. The class will progress with opportunities for individuals to tailor postures to their own experience, mobility and energy levels. If you choose to join for both the Sunday and Monday classes, themes within each will be woven together, connected through the sleep in-between.
