My main aspiration is to let the yoga practice get us in touch with life, spirit, and what most matter to our wellbeing.

Yoga is not just stretching, and you don’t need to be flexible, yoga is here to guide us to develop a better and healthier relationship with ourselves and with life.

In varied class we explore this through setting intention, meditation, pranayama, and asanas.

This practice is suitable for everyone.
