My name is Ari
I like to think of yoga as food for the soul and not just a physical exercise. My aspiration is to create experiences where people get in touch with their basic goodness, cultivate better relationships with themselves and with life and nurture their inner world, so we can create positive effects on the collective world. In my classes I like to mix different yoga styles like vinyasa, yin and pranayama (breathing techniques). Everyone is welcome to join our community. May this nourish your heart and spirit.
